Traffic Data Collection and Reporting Solution

The Vendor is required to provide traffic data collection and reporting solution is intended to replace traditional traffic data collection methods such as manual counts, tubes and surveys and must collect and report both current and historical traffic data for all streets and intersections located throughout the county.
- Include but are limited not to the data collection reporting of traffic data for:
• Annual average daily traffic and directional daily traffic, available in hourly increments.
• Traffic data e.g. Speed, volume and vehicle classification, available in hourly increments.
• Intersection turning movement counts available in 15-minute increments
• Traffic demographics:
• Origin destination information
• Trip purpose
• Differentiating traffic types would be beneficial
• The solution should not be dependent on the county cameras.
