- The goal is to ensure equitable access to PA announcements for passengers who are deaf or hard of hearing, strengthen real time communication coverage across vessels and terminals, and provide timely and accurate visual versions of critical messages on passenger-facing channels including mobile devices, web platforms and digital signage.
