SaaS Solution and Systems Integrator

The Vendor is required to provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform solution and systems integration (implementation) services to support board claims management, employer assessments, and workers compensation financial operations.
- Artificial intelligence
• Any artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, large language model, agentic, automation, and similar functionality (collectively, “AI”) offered by the proponent or incorporated into the proponent’s solution will require explicit consent of board prior to integration or enablement
• Restricted or limited in using AI or similar tools where such tools are not integrated with or given access to the SaaS solution
• To the extent AI is consented to by board, under no circumstance will the proponent use, disclose, transmit, retain or otherwise process any of board confidential information, whether in aggregated, anonymized or de-identified form, to train, retrain, fine-tune, validate or otherwise develop any AI model or system
• Proponent will remain responsible for all outputs generated through the use of AI and shall ensure that all such outputs are subject to a human-in-the-loop review and oversight process.
