Online Student Registration and Enrollment System

The Vendor is required to supply online student registration and enrollment systems and related support services to public entities and qualifying non-profit agency Members in the USA s.
• Systems may be client based/hosted or other technology based. This includes forms management and data collection tools that enable a school and/or district to put all registration and enrollment forms online.
• The proposed systems should provide a high level of service to users, while reducing, or even eliminating all costs associated with the production, distribution, collection, and data entry of paper forms.
• Systems should include:
• Provide a secure, user-friendly, web-based tool for parents to enroll their children and/or update existing information.
• Ability to pre-populate forms with data from an existing student management system.
• Allow for an unlimited number of customized forms.
• Allow district personnel to create new forms and modify existing forms in the system.
• Provide ability for parents to pay for various school-related expenses as part of the registration process such as parking passes, yearbooks, student IDs, etc.
• Allow for an unlimited number of administrators for the software.
• Generate communications through email.
• Provide for multiple languages such as English, Spanish and others.
• Provide date/time stamping of submitted forms.
• Allow forms to be printed by parents and/or school administrators.
