- Mobile application and web platform
1. Player accounts and communication preferences
• Existing player accounts must be migrated to the new platform with no loss of activity, history, or lottery coin balance.
• The digital engagement solution must uniquely identify existing and new player accounts with no loss of detail.
• Players with the ability to customize their view based on personal preferences, including but not limited to sort and filter by game and drawing characteristics.
• Controls related to responsible gaming, including but not limited to options for limits set by players, self-exclusion, and a configurable limit on lottery coin accumulation as determined by lottery
• Players with the ability to choose biometric login as available by their device.
• Players with an itemized list of opt-out communication preferences and the option to opt-out of all communications.
2. Ticket checking and game related inventory
• Include ticket checking functionality, mapping all responses for ticket messages
• Include a tool for players to find retailers with inventory of specific games.
• Allow third-party integrations for ticket checking, games, promotions, drawings, and prize fulfillment.
3. Promotions and drawings
• The digital engagement solution must include a detailed listing of all available promotions and drawings, including but not limited to the entry period, entry parameters, applicable rules, and configurable artwork.
• Future promotions and drawings must include the required elements above and be made available to players for immediate access upon completion of testing as determined by lottery.
• This includes, but is not limited to, scratch-off promotions, draw-based game promotions, coin-based drawings, and any other lottery-style promotions.
4. UI components and API services
• User interface (UI) components must be provided for each player-facing feature of the digital engagement solution, including but not limited to games available, player account management (pam) features, transaction history, and loyalty features.
• UI component must be integrated into the lottery’s sites in a manner that is responsive to device type and screen size.
• All UI components must utilize application programming interface (API) services that provide the required data and business logic as directed by lottery and its designated third parties; no business logic shall be implemented directly within the UI.
