Real Property Systems

The Vendor is required to provide real property systems (registration, assessment, and taxation) solution acquisition and implementation services project the province intends to procure:
• A modern, comprehensive, market-leading product(s), including all required licenses, proposed by the respondent to replace the existing real property systems.
• Services required to support implementation of the real property systems solution proposed by the respondent.
• These services are intended to enable successful deployment of market leading real property systems and may include, but are not limited to, system configuration, integration with existing platforms, data migration, user training, and change management.
• Services required to provide post-go-live support for the implemented systems.
• Successful implementation, the respondent will be responsible for delivering post-go-live services to support long-term system stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
