The Vendor is required to provide client activity tracking system for include:
• Include the enterprise version of center activity tracking system (cats) as the core application.
• Web-based hosted solution with real-time data processing capabilities.
• Consumer database management and service tracking across multiple county senior centers.
• Refer to attachment 1-f for the list of community and senior centers where the solution will be deployed.
• Integration with county systems, including AAA service export and the county data warehouse, to enable the secure exchange of consumer, service, and reporting data.
• Integration must support industry-standard secure data exchange methods, including but not limited to:
• Application programming interfaces (API)
• Secure file transfer protocol (SFTP)
• Web services using https
• Other county-approved secure data exchange mechanisms
• County information technology staff during implementation to configure the county-approved integration method, information security and privacy requirements, county chief information office/information security office requirements applicable to the hosted solution, and any applicable county information security policies and technical standards identified during the county security review.
• Separate user interfaces or role-based views for: (a) county center staff to register consumers, schedule activities, record services, and run reports; (b) consumers to self-check-in using touchscreen, barcode, or other supported methods; and (c) county administrative users to configure tables, manage users, monitor activity, and perform reporting.
• The solution must support approximately sixty-one (61) county users for training purposes and approximately forty (40) client workstations across fourteen (14) county locations at initial deployment.
