Electronic Key Management System

The Vendor is required to provide electronic key management system (EKMS) to replace an existing system that is approaching end of life.
1. Legacy system decommissioning and transition
• Inventory and controlled decommissioning and removal of existing Morse watch Mans key watch cabinets, terminals, servers, peripherals, and related infrastructure
• Secure handling of keys during transition
• Logical and physical disablement of legacy systems to prevent unauthorized access
• Ownership, custody, and future disposition of all legacy equipment and data shall remain with authority
• Documentation of decommissioning status for audit and compliance purposes
2. Supply of new EKMS solution
• Electronic key cabinets, terminals, readers, controllers, and networking components
• Centralized management software and databases
• Credentialing technology (pin, proximity, smart card, biometric, or multi-factor)
• Integration components (APIs, middleware, or connectors)
3. Installation and commissioning
• Site surveys and detailed implementation plans
• Installation at seven (7) casino locations and one (1) central office
• Configuration of user roles, access rules, schedules, and key hierarchies
• System testing and validation
• Go-live support
4. Software, licensing, and subscriptions
• All required perpetual or subscription-based software licenses
• Database licensing (if applicable)
• Reporting, audit, and compliance modules
5. Training and knowledge transfer
• Administrator training
• End-user training
• Training materials and user manuals
6. Documentation
• System architecture diagrams
• Configuration and administration guides
• Standard operating procedures (sops)
• Disaster recovery and backup documentation
7. Warranty, support, and maintenance
• Hardware warranty
• Software updates and patches
• Technical support and service level agreements (SLAs).
