The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive learner record and learner employment record implementation system implementation for include:
- Core functionality:
• The platform will enable issuance, management, verification, and revocation of verifiable digital credentials based on international standards.
• LER system demonstrates conformance will need to support the following interoperability profiles as defined by the learning mobility collaborative.
• Each credential must include metadata such as: achievement name and description, competencies or skills attained, issuing institution, date of issuance and validity period, and alignment to international standards.
• Credentials must be cryptographically signed to ensure originality and integrity, and remain verifiable without dependence in external validation systems,
