The vendors to provide a bar examination preparation, academic bar related skills development, assessment, and learning analytics solution.
- Services should include, without limitation:
1. Online instructional modules including Instructor lecture materials (for both Legacy and NextGen UBE);
2. Bar exam-style multiple-choice, essay and MPT assessments (for Legacy UBE); Bar exam-style multiple-choice, integrated question sets and MPT assessments (for NextGen UBE);
3. Performance-based bar-styled writing exercises;
4. Learning analytics and progress tracking;
5. Instructor access to student performance data;
6. Timed assessment functionality;
7. Student self-assessment tools;
8. Course administration support;
9. Supplemental academic support resources designed for law students preparing for bar examinations. The services must integrate both asynchronous online learning and in-person classroom instruction; and
10. Grading capability of students’ weekly assignments throughout the course.
