ERP Solution, Implementation and Support

The Vendor is required to provide enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) software, implementation, and operational support services.
- Technical requirements
• Delivered as a vendor-managed SaaS solution
• Production data and backups, including personal information, must reside in country unless otherwise approved by country.
• Solution supports compliance with applicable country privacy requirements including policies and procedures related to management of privacy incidents, data controls and protection including administrative, technical, and physical controls, monitoring and auditing, role-based access, staff training, and sub-contractor data controls and protection
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Hosted in secure, resilient, managed data centre or cloud environments
• Backup, disaster recovery, availability commitments are documented
• Supports Microsoft Entra single sign-on with multi factor authentication
• Secure APIs or standard integration methods are available
• Microsoft 365 email and calendar integration
• Web hooks or event-based integration
