The Vendor is required to provide Microsoft endpoint management solutions for Microsoft configuration manager and cloud-based Microsoft Intune (“Intune”), as well as other Microsoft entra id and active directory (“AD”) integrations, on an as needed basis.
- Description of services, assignments and deliverables
• Configure and manage devices using Intune to ensure secure and compliant access.
• Develop and enforce security policies, including device compliance and conditional
• Deploy and manage applications across devices, ensuring seamless updates and installations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Intune-related issues, collaborating with other technical teams as necessary.
• Create and maintain documentation for Intune processes and procedures, and provide training to end-users and its staff.
• Monitor device compliance and generate reports on device and application status.
• Integrate Intune with other Microsoft services like azure active directory and Microsoft 365.
• Implement and manage security features such as encryption, antivirus, and threat detection.
• Support development and implementation of sound and secure PowerShell scripts that meet documented business and functional requirements.
• Develop foundational roadmap documentation for endpoint configuration management, including current state and future state based on region ecosystem and maturity.
• Participate in planning activities and provide estimated time to complete tasks.
• Progress updates and demonstrations, including but not limited to, participation in status update and team meetings.
• Develop and maintain plans outlining steps and timelines for development activities.
• Design and develop overall test plans.
• Scale integration comprehensive considerations for existing Intune, CМ, entra, azure and other m365 components as well as active directory.
• Design and develop custom processes to load data from various data sources.
• Complete code tasks, following the region standards and guidelines, for the project code repository.
• Code walkthroughs and demonstrations of software to confirm that functional requirements have been implemented correctly.
• Technical support during and after production go-live.
• Complete technical documentation of design and development artifacts where applicable (processes, reports and dashboards) according to region standards, including but not limited to solution design specifications, system support documents, and deployment plans and scripts.
• Conduct knowledge transfer with the region staff on tools and solutions developed under the contract.
