The Vendor is required to provide eProcurement software solution should walk staff through the process from project concept and finish at contract maintenance, all within a single unified solution.
- System integration
• The city prefers a solution that supports integration with, or data exchange to, the following systems (as applicable):
• Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, teams, outlook) 3.9.2.
• City ERP/financial system.
• The city currently uses Tyler Incode but anticipates transitioning to a new ERP in the near future.
• Single sign-on (SSO) platforms supporting standard authentication protocols.
• The solution’s integration capabilities, including:
• Available APIs, web hooks, and other integration methods
• Supported standards and protocols
• Whether integrations require additional licensing, modules, or third-party tools
• Limitations or constraints on integrations
• Approach for integrating with future ERP systems.
