Critical Infrastructure Communications Services

The Vendor is required to provide critical infrastructure communications support for mission-critical microwave communications systems, public address (pa) paging systems, and the communications and electronic systems supporting the airport mobile command post.
- Vendors regarding available hardware, professional services, implementation capabilities, and ongoing support for select network and communications systems.
- Possess the technical expertise, staffing resources, and proven experience necessary to support highly available, secure, and resilient communications systems in a complex, 24-hour operational airport environment.
- Objective
1. Paging and public address (PA) systems
• Authority is seeking vendors authorized to install, maintain, and support integrated electronic designs (IED) public address and paging systems.
• Services may include system maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, configuration, and technical support to ensure the reliable operation of the airport-wide paging and public address infrastructure.
2. Public safety emergency command post
• The airport authority is seeking vendors capable of supporting the mobile command post (MCP) and associated emergency communications systems.
• Support may include the satellite communications platform, audio/video systems, dedicated voice communications systems, video recording infrastructure, and other electronic systems necessary to maintain operational readiness during planned events and emergency response operations.
3. Wireless microwave communications systems
• The airport authority is seeking vendors experienced in the design, installation, maintenance, and support of wireless microwave communications systems, including siklu wireless backhaul solutions and related point-to-point or point-to-multipoint technologies supporting the airport authority's communications infrastructure.
