- Financial management module(s) that supports municipal budgeting, finance, and accounting practices to allow participating municipalities to meet operational, state, and national accounting and reporting requirements, including:
• General ledger
• Budgeting and financial planning;
• Accounts payable;
• Accounts receivable;
• Cash receipting;
• Purchasing and procurement;
• Payroll and human resources integration;
• Fixed asset management;
• Financial reporting and dash boarding; and
• Audit support and compliance reporting
- Building department module(s) that supports state building official requirements, including:
• Permit management;
• Plan review tracking;
• Inspection scheduling and management;
• Contractor registration;
• Code enforcement tracking;
• Electronic plan review integration;
• Escrow and performance bond tracking;
• Mobile inspection capabilities;
• Citizen self-service portal; and
• Reporting and state compliance requirements;
- Tax administration module(s) that includes:
• Property tax billing and collection;
• Delinquent tax tracking;
• Special assessments management;
• Online tax payment processing;
• Taxpayer portal and self-service functions; and
• Reporting and reconciliation tools;
- Assessing module(s) that supports state assessing operations, including:
• Property record management;
• Parcel maintenance;
• Assessment administration;
• Sales studies and valuation support;
• Principal residence exemption (“pre”) tracking;
• Personal property administration;
• Michigan sales tax commission reporting requirements;
• Geographic information system (“GIS”) integration capabilities; and
• Assessment change tracking and reporting; and
- Utility billing module(s) that includes:
• Billing and tracking across various municipal utilities and services, e.g., water, sewer, and refuse;
• Administration of billing cycles;
• Special assessments; and
• Bulk bill creation and distribution.
