Capacity Max System Server Deployment Services

The Vendor is required to provide capacity max system server (CMSS) deployment services for include:
- CMSS hardware and software
• Supply a complete dual-redundant capacity max system server solution
• Provide all CMSS software, licenses, entitlement files, and installation media
- System configuration & integration
• Operating system hardening and initial CMSS setup
• Configuration of system roles, authentication, duplication of existing LCP talk groups, roaming, and control channels
• Integration with all community provided slr5700 repeaters
• Coordination with community networking teams for NTP, DNS, routing, VLANs, QOS, LDAP/radius, and firewall rules
• Validation of CMSS redundancy between mdc and center
• System testing, optimization, and support during acceptance testing
- Radio management (RM) – installation & configuration
• RM server installation and setup (server name: pr-motorm201)
• Repository configuration and connection to CMSS
• RBAC role configuration and security settings
• Backup schedules and version control setup
• Validation of subscriber management workflow
- Training
• CMSS system operation
• Radio management operation
• Standard operating procedure documentation to include, but not limited to failover procedures
• CMSS and RM configuration
• Backup/restoration processes
• Adding and removing a talk group
• Adding and removing a subscriber radio
• Lockout/unlocking of a lost/stolen/found subscriber radio.
