The Vendor is required to provide developing platform that aggregates data into a single, comprehensive dashboard.
- Product requirements
• Unified data collection and aggregation that can automate the intake of diverse data types across multiple frameworks like academic performance, high school readiness, and k-8 transitions.
• Role-based visibility that allows for board to create one master dashboard with multiple views or pages that filter information based on the user’s role to include high-level summaries, school leadership summaries, and school-level summaries.
• Automated compliance and reporting workflows that can move beyond simple data display to active management to support electronic sign-offs, tracking, and automated oversight.
• Strategic planning and continuous improvement to facilitate corrective active components required in every framework by comparing performance between different campuses or across multiple academic years and aggregating all data collected throughout the year into an automated, formatted report ready for submission to the legislature.
• This platform must be both the data collector and the visualizer to ensure that all qualitative and quantitative public charter school information is organized, actionable, and secure in a single location.

• Collaborate with board staff to develop survey instruments aligned with charter oversight, monitoring, and reporting needs.
• Configure and manage surveys, including accessibility and user-friendly design.
• Establishing secure distribution and response collection processes for public charter schools.
• Provide technical support to respondents as needed.
• Ensure data quality, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Develop dashboards and summary reports suitable for internal and external review.
