The Vendor is required to provide domain name system (DNS), dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP), and IP address management (IPAM) solution.
• Provide and implement the solution: supply, install, configure, test, validate, and place into production a DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solution, whether as a single integrated platform or an interoperable modular solution, that satisfies the university's technical, operational, security, scalability, and availability requirements.
• Migration services: develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy for transitioning the university from its existing DNS, DHCP, and IPAM environment to the proposed solution.
• Migration services shall include project planning, discovery, data migration, configuration, testing, validation, production cutover, rollback procedures, risk mitigation, and post-implementation verification to minimize service disruption.
• Systems integration: configure and integrate the proposed solution with the university's enterprise systems and infrastructure, including, but not limited to:
• SAML-based authentication and single sign-on (SSO)
• Splunk (syslog)
• API-based DNS orchestration
• Security information and event management (SIEM) platforms
• Enterprise monitoring platforms
• Public cloud environments, including amazon web services (AWS) and Microsoft azure
• Training and knowledge transfer: provide comprehensive training for university personnel, including both system administrators and operational support staff.
• Training shall include instructor-led sessions, hands-on knowledge transfer, and the delivery of complete technical, administrative, operational, and end-user documentation.
• Warranty, maintenance, and support: provide warranty, maintenance, and technical support services for the proposed solution throughout the contract term.
• Services shall include software updates, security patches, vulnerability notifications, bug fixes, technical assistance, and service level commitments in accordance with the contract's service level agreements (SLAs).
• Performance and acceptance testing: conduct performance, functionality, scalability, and failover testing to demonstrate that the proposed solution satisfies the university's requirements for throughput, DNS/DHCP transaction capacity, IP address management, high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience.
• Documented test results and acceptance deliverables.
• Optional professional services: provide optional professional services, on an as-needed basis, including automation development, API design and integration, workflow customization, scripting, and other custom implementation services requested by the university.
