• Solution support land acquisitions, dispositions, and other property transactions
• Property characteristics, legal descriptions, ownership interests, zoning information, encumbrances, and related records managed
• Solution support property inspections, site visits, and related activities
2. Land sales management
• Solution support land sales processes and activities
• Solution manage lot inventory, availability, reservations, and status tracking
• Solution support the administration of land sale agreements and associated activities
• Capabilities exist to support the monitoring of conditions, obligations, milestones, deposits, and closing requirements
3. Lease, agreement, and concession management
• Solution support the administration of leases, licenses, concessions, easements, agreements, and other land- or property-related arrangements
• Solution support the lifecycle management of agreements from initiation through renewal, amendment, and termination
