Enterprise Asset Management System

The Vendor is required to provide enterprise asset management (EAM) software platform and all necessary implementation services, including configuration, system integrations, data migration, testing, training, and deployment across multiple municipal service areas.

- EAM roadmap
• Roadmap foundations: aims to establish the governance, roles, competencies, risk, and knowledge-management foundations required to support a sustainable, enterprise-wide EAM program.
• Capital planning and am planning: recommends establishing formal, standardized frameworks and processes for condition assessments, capital planning, and asset management planning
• Maintenance management: focuses on initiatives aimed to improve data and processes that support effective maintenance management and improve readiness for a CMMS.
• Operations and maintenance planning: aims to further improve O&M planning processes following CMMS implementation
• Budgeting and financial reporting: focuses on improving alignment of financial and asset management process and reporting.
• Capital delivery and development: focuses on improving capital delivery and development assumption processes by review, defining asset data requirements, and project management supports.
