The Vendor is required to provide enterprise human capital management (HCM) enterprise resource planning (ERP) system replacement for include:
- General and technical requirement:
• Solution will provide the capability to generate alerts and notifications (e.g., system, email, SMS) for any transaction based on user-defined criteria.
• Commonwealth desires utilization of go delivery; communication APIs, and SMS capability within the solution (native) and separately with APIs to third-party communication providers.
• Allow broadcast messages to be tailored to agency or user roles/responsibilities, etc. based on designated administrator or authorized user roles.
• Agency contacts notification of the member's payment.
• Add to other specifications to cover across the board. Notification may be provided by way of notification (i.e., email, or a flag/attribute on member’s account, report, etc.)
• Integration management capability through industry-standard protocol to interface to a 3rd parties, including APIs.
• Capability to integrate with Microsoft outlook, teams, etc. And other packages to leverage capabilities.
• The integration to on base for document storage and retrieval.
• Integrate with other state systems (SAP HCM, CGI finance, cornerstone learning management system, sap enterprise business intelligence (EBI) data warehouse solution, etc.) utilized, and describe what other HCM ERP or vendor providers that you have "out of the box" integrations and APIs with to ensure multiple options are available, as the commonwealth will be replacing sap HCM in phase ii of this initiative.
• Solution's mobile features and capabilities and security that would provide for access via mobile (iOS or android) or tablet.
- Artificial intelligence
• Artificial intelligence (AI) features and functionality that are currently available in the proposed solution.
• AI features and functionality that may be anticipated in the near future for the proposed solution.
• AI chat capability or digital assistant capabilities available in the proposed solution.
• Solution offer any live-chat capabilities
• The change and data retention policies associated to the proposed solution for live-chat or AI-based tools
• The cost structure for AI capabilities for the proposed solution.
• Included in baseline cost vs. incremental, and how are they costed
• AI (closed, generative AI, machine learning, or some combination) is utilized in each functionality available in the proposed solution
• AI functionality in the proposed solution native, embedded, or bolt-on
• AI functionality provided in the proposed solution, on what data is this functionality trained component of AI-related functionality become available
• AI models used in your system I
• If third-party model (open AI, google, etc.), what happens if that vender relationship ends or terms change
• AI incident response plan
• Testing and validation processes performed prior to deployment of AI model updates
• Monitor for AI model drift or degradation
• Ai make any autonomous decisions without human review.
