The Vendor is required to provide academic and career planning resource system for include:
- User interface and experience
• Application is accessible and functional on a mobile device.
• Ability for a user to save their place and return later to complete tasks
• Ability for system to auto-save progress on self-assessments and tasks
• The system provides quick access to frequently used features and information.
• The system will allow users to bookmark, favorite, or flag frequently accessed pages.
- Accessibility, language, and user assistance features
• "ability for all users to toggle between English and other languages, including but not limited to:
• Arabic
• Chinese
• Farsi
• Korean
• Spanish
• Urdu
• Vietnamese"
• The application provides content in a form that is accessible to a screen reader.
• Ability for system to define unfamiliar words for user
• Ability for any text on the screen to be selected and highlighted to allow for a screen reader and copy/paste into an online dictionary

• Ability to develop, edit, and distribute surveys to students
• Ability to develop, edit, and distribute surveys to parents/guardians who may or may not have access to the system
• Deploy surveys to all students or to targeted student groups (i.e. Grade level, school, academic achievement, activity participant, demographic)
• Control who can create, update, and deploy a survey
• Control who can view survey results
• Control who can update/audit/correct survey results
• Ability to sort, filter, and download survey results
• Reportable audit trail created of any updates made to survey results after submission
• Send notification to individuals whose response was changed after the survey was submitted
• Perform an audit indicating answers changed after the survey was submitted
