School Bus Routing Software Solution

The Vendor is required to provide school bus routing software solution for include:
• Must have customer support from 6am to 6pm CST.
• Geodatabase where bus routing data is stored must be configured to allow minimum of 25 concurrent editors and unlimited read-only users.
• Must have the ability to be self-hosted (in-house) or vendor-hosted (cloud based), offerors are requested to provide options and pricing for both, including hardware cost.
• Track and show when and where students get on and off school buses.
• Parent application so parents can monitor and be notified when and where their student will arrive at their assigned destination.
• Accommodate our fleet of 400+ school buses. with the option to expand as district needs dictate.
• Have the ability to automate rich data exports to a TPS data store.
- The routing solution should include scheduling for students, bus drivers, and district vehicles.
