Software, Subscriptions and Web-Based Applications

The Vendor is required to provide software, subscriptions and web-based applications on an as needed basis.
- Requirement:
• Commitment to protect the collected/stored data of its staff and students.
• Quantities included herein are based upon current budget allocations and are therefore subject to change.
• District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the school district and to waive any technicalities.
• Reserves the right to add or delete campuses, facilities and administrative sites as required for district operations.
• District reserves the right to add any new additional items as they become available to the district.
