• Tools to view transportation schedules, unit availability, and certification levels
• Automated resource matching based on capability, geography, and operational criteria.
3. Real-time operations
• Provide real-time status notifications such as broadcasted, accepted, declined, canceled, assigned, route, arrived, loading, transporting and completed.
• Secure real-time messaging between dispatchers, field staff, and transportation vendors.
• Automated notifications via email, phone or text communication.
4. Mobile access application
• Mobile-friendly access to portal application for requests, assignments, navigation, transport details, status updates and operational notes.
5. Reporting and compliance
