The Vendor is required to provide learning management system (LMS) capable of serving 60,000+ users across internal staff, external partners, and public learners.
- Requirement:1. Training delivery, content and session management
• Multiple delivery modes (virtual instructor led, asynchronous).
• Session scheduling, enrollment management, attendance tracking.
• Support for SCORM/XAPI, quizzes, exams, videos, documents, multimedia modules.
• Learning paths, prerequisites, and self-paced progression.
• “Pick up where you left off” learning continuation features.
• Required course auto enrollment and recurring deadlines.
• Support for virtual instructor-led training with integration with teams or other collaboration platform, attendance automation, and session analytics.
2. Compliance and certification management
• Secure, legally defensible audit logs with timestamps and change histories.
• Certification tracking, proctored exam capabilities, configurable exam rules.
• Ada/504 accommodations such as screen reader compatibility and extended time.
3. Learner management
• Mobile enabled learner, instructor, supervisor, and administrator portals.
• Instructor tools for roster management, certification validation, and scheduling.
• Automated certificate creation and delivery.
4. Reporting and analytics
• Automated and scheduled reporting.
• Training completion, compliance, quiz performance, and system log reporting.
• Audit ready reporting and export capabilities.
5. Data governance and retention
• Configurable retention policies for content, logs, system data, and user generated content.
• Document/file management functionality.
6. Communication and notifications
• Automated reminders (enrollment, completion, deadlines).
• Support for SMS or push notifications.
• Announcements and branding options.
7. E-commerce
• Payment processing for courses, testing, and services.
