Industry Day Solution

The Vendor is required to provide industry day solution for include:
- Registration portal:
• Provide a controlled access web-based platform used to collect, validate, and manage webinar registrations.
• Controlled access to participant data, automated registration confirmations, and reporting functionality.
• Allow attendees to select their official language of choice when interacting with the portal
• Develop the registration portal to allow for backend analytics including:
• Number of registrations,
• Attendee name,
• Attendee email,
• Attendee organization
• Build and send automated email confirmations after registration of participants in both official languages.
• Build and send automated reminders for the webinar 1 week prior to scheduled event time in both official languages.
• Conduct the following:
• Automated email of registration confirmation
• Automated event reminders
• Technical support
- Webinar platform:
• Webinar platform that supports a minimum of 4,000 concurrent participants
• Bilingual webinar interface in both official languages
• Produce a dual-channel livestream with simultaneous interpretation for English and French.
• Speaker “green room” for pre-event technical checks, speaker preparation and coordination.
• Live engagement tools including but not limited to: such as moderated Q&A, chat, and live polling,
• Bilingual technical support via chat, email, during live events and up to 60 minutes post event
• Customizable event screen layouts that allow for dual split-screen display combining the speaker and presentation slides
• Create and provide speaker title cards displaying name, title, organization.
• HD video recording of the webinar 1 business day after the end of the webinar.
- Visuals and production material:
• Title cards and visual transitions to be used during the event;
• Presentation slides of provided content;
• Graphics to be used in promotional activities on social media (should include event title, date and time, and a call to action to register).
