The Vendor is required to provide third-party tutoring services and support platform for service capacity, market availability, and the college’s rationale for proceeding with a qualified provider under the applicable exemption.
- Objectives
• Deliver scalable tutoring services across a broad range of academic disciplines;
• Support a large and diverse student population through high-volume service delivery models;
• Provide flexible tutoring access, including evenings, weekends, on-demand support, and 24/7 availability, where applicable;
• Support course-specific tutoring aligned with college curriculum and student success initiatives;
• Maintain high standards for tutor quality, training, credential verification, and academic integrity;
• Offer multiple online tutoring modalities, including live, scheduled, on-demand, and asynchronous tutoring options;
• Provide robust reporting, analytics, and assessment tools to support program evaluation and continuous improvement;
• Integrate with institutional systems, including learning management systems and other student support technologies, where applicable;
• An accessible, student-centered experience that supports diverse learning needs and promotes equitable access to academic support services; and
• Demonstrate successful implementation and support of comparable tutoring programs for large colleges, universities, or statewide higher education systems.
