Faculty Information and Evaluation Management System

The Vendor is required to provide faculty information and evaluation management system for include:
• Strengthen evaluation consistency
• Reduce administrative burden
• Enhance reporting capabilities
• Promote transparent faculty review processes
• Provide support for nearly 5,600 faculty, 2,000 graduate students, and 500 postdoctoral scholars across four universities, with capacity to grow user count based on institutional needs.
• Manage over 900 annual evaluation cycles, ranging from routine reviews to complex P&T cases
• Provide a unified data environment with room for localized workflow and template variations
• Integrate with institutional platforms, including Microsoft fabric, human resource information system (HRIS),
• Student information system (sis), learning management system (LMS), and research systems.
