• Platinum support service agreement (SSA) have a forward looking infrared (FLIR) representative perform an evaluation of the FLIR system.
• If it is determined that a FLIR representative needs to come on-site after the evaluation, an additional quote specific to that visit shall be provided for the contracted price of that service.
• Respond to all non-emergency service calls within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Emergency calls shall be responded to within three (3) hours.
• On-site within three (3) hours or less, from the time the owner reports a system failure. If the failure is related to system hardware, i.e., directory server, recording server, or archive server, the contractor shall immediately notify the owner to allow a service call to be placed to dell for on-site service.
• No system modifications, including operating parameters and control settings, shall be made without prior approval of the owner.
