- The solution must enable consistent, efficient, and transparent collection, review, analysis, and reporting of program-level data in support of institutional effectiveness, accreditation, and state and statutory requirements.
- Key requirements include:
• A centralized platform for managing program review and instructional assessment processes as it relates to, including program narratives, outcome data, action plans, and supporting documentation.
• Rolebased workflows that support program authorship, review, feedback, approval, and revision by multiple stakeholder groups.
• Configurable templates, rubrics, and review cycles aligned with institutional standards and accreditation requirements.
• Tools to support data collection, tracking, and reporting, including qualitative and quantitative measures of program effectiveness.
• The ability to store, manage, and retrieve historical program review and instructional assessment records to support longitudinal analysis and continuous improvement.
• Reporting and dashboard capabilities that enable users to monitor program status, identify trends, and support decisionmaking.
• Integration capabilities with institutional systems such as the student information system (sis), learning management system (LMS), and other data sources, as applicable.
• Compliance with applicable accessibility, data security, and privacy requirements, including FERPA and WCAG standards.
• Collaboration with college stakeholders to support configuration, testing, training, and adoption, in coordination with the college’s organizational transformation and it teams.
