The Vendor is required to provide photo and ID card solution shall support the creation, issuance, and management of secure identification cards for inmates and employees, as well as the capture, storage, retrieval, and management of inmate.
• Solution that supports both barcode and smart card technologies, including data encoding, storage, management, and verification functions for inmate and employee identification cards.
• The system must ensure accurate identification, tracking, and reporting while maintaining data security and integrity.
• Cloud-hosted or on-premises (contractor-hosted) enterprise ID card solution software platform that integrates with the department’s ping advanced identity cloud (AIC) environment via standards-based APIs.
