Infant Protection Solution

The Vendor is required to provide infant protection solution will include all required hardware (infant tags, sensors, door monitoring devices, and supporting infrastructure) and software (real-time tracking, alerting, reporting, and system administration tools) to enable continuous monitoring, rapid response to security events, and integration with existing hospital systems where applicable.
- The system will be designed to provide reliable, scalable, and compliant protection for infants, supporting clinical and security staff with automated alerts and audit capabilities.
- Responsible for delivering a complete, turnkey solution, including implementation, documentation, training, and ongoing support.
- The system must ensure high availability, secure data handling, and compliance with healthcare standards, while minimizing disruption to clinical operations during deployment.
- Completion will be defined by full system functionality, completed training, and hospital acceptance of the solution.
