Third Party Fire Inspection Reporting Software

The Vendor is required to provide third party fire inspection reporting software for include:
• Electronic system and supporting services (program) to collect and report monthly to city the results of all specified fire inspections which are being done by independent inspection companies (inspectors) for city building/business owners (owners).
• Reporting shall include but may not be limited to inspections for: extinguishers, fire suppression systems, hood systems, fire alarm system, emergency responder enhancement communications coverage system and fire watch reporting.
• These inspections are required by the fire code or the authority having jurisdiction.
• Send reminders to owners and inspectors, as applicable to have their inspections completed and the reports submitted through contractor’s system.
• Notify the fire marshal’s office of any buildings and businesses that fail to comply.
• Contractor shall provide maintenance of the reporting system, training for city administrative personnel, training for users (the owners and inspectors), troubleshooting and technical help, as needed.
• Handle all notices and maintain an accurate database.
