Strategic Plan Tracking Software

The Vendor is required to provide strategic plan tracking software for include:
• Ability to track progress of strategic plan desired outcomes, objectives, and tactics.
• Each of the six desired outcomes is broken down into objectives.
• Each of the objectives is further broken down into tactics and tracked in one of five functional teams.
• Contract administrator should have a wide overview and drill down further show:
• Ability to have annual update forms completed in the system by responsible staff.
• Include sending reminders to the creators through email.
• The city is currently using Microsoft products.
• The ability to add required fields.
• Ability to link portions of the strategic plan to the comprehensive plan and track comprehensive plan progress.
• Ability to track key performance indicators linked to the tactics, objectives, and desired outcomes.
