• Design, configure, install, implement, and commission the proposed solution.
• Migrate existing configurations, routing rules, interfaces, and required historical and operational data.
• Integrate the solution with county systems and authorized external law enforcement and criminal justice systems.
• Perform comprehensive system, integration, performance, security, disaster recovery, and user acceptance testing.
• Administrator and end-user training.
