The Vendor is required to provide case management enterprise system (CMES) to replace, consolidate, and standardize existing legacy systems and manual processes currently used by the division.
- CMES shall deliver comprehensive, end-to-end case lifecycle management capabilities, including, at a minimum: client intake with clinical and non-clinical case types, eligibility determination, assessments, case tracking, service delivery documentation, financial and funding-source management, reporting, compliance oversight, and centralized system administration.
- The solution must support multiple programs and funding streams within a single enterprise environment while ensuring data integrity, security, scalability, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Solution shall be designed with an enterprise architecture to support future scalability and expansion to additional divisions, programs, and service areas, enabling long-term standardization across present and future program needs.
