Mobile Integrated Health Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide mobile integrated health (MIH) software solution that aligns with the city’s operational, clinical, and technical requirements in accordance with the terms, conditions.
- Requirement:
• Initial system configuration, including the creation of any client company account, groups, named location, and programs.
• Initial training for all users, with continuing education as needed at no additional cost
• The awarded vendor shall provide scheduled updates and new releases for the software, as well as defect correction as needed.
• The software vendor shall have a process in place to provide a copy of all the client’s information (customer data) at any time upon reasonable request.
• All client’s information (customer data) will always remain the property of the city
• The awarded vendor shall provide customer support and timely resolution to issues that prevent the software’s application availability, reliability, and performance.
