The Vendor is required to provide customer relationship management (CRM) system to replace the university’s existing system while enhancing operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, customer engagement, data management, and overall service delivery.
- Requirement:
• CRM must support the ability to allow for credit card payment for fees, events, deposits and any other transactions that may involve a cost.
• The system should integrate with the university’s payment system or be able to support integration of payment information to colleague should another payment processor be leveraged.
• CRM must be a software as a service solution (SaaS) (cloud-based platform).
• Software-as-a-service (SaaS) as used in this document is defined as the capability provided to the state to use the contractor’s applications running on a cloud infrastructure.
• The emailing platform should be included in the CRM rather than through a third-party.
• CRM must support tracking of prospective student web engagement, including activity within the CRM platform and relevant referral or source data from university web pages, whether natively or via supported integrations.
• CRM must have the capability to classify documents either uploaded or imported to assist in moving applicants through the admission funnel without processors or counselors manually reviewing, coding or moving the applicant.
