The Vendor is required to provide waste management software include the ability to track our existing fleet using GPS, optimize existing waste collection routes and create new routes, may include sensor and/or camera hardware to confirm pickups and track contamination, and may include a potential customer platform with the ability for customers to see pick up days and real-time tracking of drivers on their route.
• Reducing incomplete routes
• Improving route efficiency through digitally optimized routes
• Reducing bulky and illegally dumped items by issuing digital work orders
• Enhancing customer experience and improving customer service
• Fostering greater safety and predictability for residential and commercial waste generators
• Data collection and analytics could also support and inform our administrative, operations, and dispatch teams to more quickly find and address problem areas.
