Medical Marijuana Seed-to-Sale System

The vendor is required to provide vendor-hosted software as a service (SaaS) medical marijuana seed-to-sale solution, to monitor, control, and report activities of authorized growers/processors, dispensaries, approved laboratories, clinical registrants, and academic clinical research centers.
• Achieve accurate, timely, and auditable tracking of medical marijuana from acquisition of medical marijuana (including seeds and immature plant material) and harvested hemp, through:
• Cultivation;
• Testing;
• Transfer of postharvest plant material;
• Processing, packaging, and labeling;
• Transportation;
• Dispensing; and
• Destruction of medical marijuana waste.
