The Vendor is required to provide online e-learning platforms for career exploration, development, and support.
• The university hopes to find a supplier who can provide both career development guidance for master’s students as well as doctoral students and post-doctoral employees.
• The university is seeking two platforms that are available online and on-demand 24/7, which would make content accessible to all graduate students and would help meet the needs of our online and distance graduate students in ways that current programming cannot.
• The potential supplier would also provide live web-based and events for career development.
• The past two spring semesters the university has contracted with an external vendor to provide a webinar for career development for graduate students.
• Marketing support to help the university engage graduate students in the platforms, which will be extremely helpful for the university’s small student success team.
• The graduate school has a professional development program called grad cat 360
• The university partners with campus units to offer professional development opportunities specifically for graduate students within nine content areas.
• Career development and exploration is one of the content areas.
