Evacuation Planning and Modeling Solution

Provide a secure, cloud-based evacuation planning and modeling software solution capable of supporting evacuation analysis, scenario planning, operational decision-making, and real-time evacuation management.
- Solution must support Alameda County OES and all Operational Area partners, including fourteen (14) incorporated cities, special districts, County departments, and critical infrastructure partners
- Platform must be scalable and configurable to allow jurisdiction-specific access while maintaining Operational Area-level visibility, coordination capability, and governance.
