ERP Migration Implementation Support and Advisory Services

ERP Migration Implementation Support and Advisory Services objectives for this project are:
• Provide independent assessment and oversight of the system implementation and provide recommendations using expertise in Tyler Enterprise ERP/Munis HCM.
• Improve accountability for both the vendor and the County on project scope, schedule, deliverables, decisions, risks, and issues.
• Help identify implementation risks before they materially affect the project schedule, cost, or operations.
• Strengthen data conversion, testing, payroll validation, and implementation readiness processes.
• Assist the County in escalating and resolving significant vendor issues.
• Accomplish these objectives using a model that avoids duplicating routine project management functions already contracted through Tyler Technologies.
• A 1-year option for the County for post-implementation support, including SOP development and training assistance.
