Student Engagement and Professional Development Software

Student Engagement and Professional Development Software must submit specific information on each of the following requests:
• Create customized professional development pathways and activities.
• Align activities and student achievements with institutional competencies, including NACE competencies.
• Issue digital badges, micro credentials, or similar forms of recognition.
• Track student participation, completion, and progress.
• Support event registration, attendance verification, and activity approval.
• Allow students to submit documentation or evidence of completed activities.
• Provide administrative review and approval workflows.
• Generate reports by student, program, department, activity, badge, and competency.
• Provide dashboards for students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Integrate, where feasible, with university systems such as the Brightspace (D2L) learning management system, Banner student information system, and single sign-on.
• Meet university requirements for accessibility, data security, privacy, technical support, and records management
• Allow students to present or share verified achievements through a co-curricular record, digital portfolio, résumé, LinkedIn profile, or similar format.
• Provide implementation assistance, administrator training, user support, and ongoing system maintenance.
