Fleet Management Software

Vendors to provide, implement, and support a web-based fleet management software system for the County’s fleet management operations.
- Contract will include software implementation and configuration, migration of existing fleet data and historical records, employee training, and ongoing software maintenance and technical support. The system will support fleet asset management, work orders, preventive maintenance, parts inventory, fuel and mileage data, and cost tracking and reporting.
- Contract are to:
• Support fleet asset management, work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling, and parts inventory;
• Preserve existing fleet data and historical records through migration to the proposed system;
• Import fuel and mileage data for use in fleet records and reports;
• Track labor, parts, outside repair costs, and other expenses associated with fleet maintenance;
• Generate reports supporting departmental billing, maintenance tracking, asset history, and asset life expectancy;
• Provide user access and permissions appropriate to employees’ responsibilities; and
• Provide employee training, user documentation, and ongoing technical support for the system.
