Tax and Audit System should have an inquiry menu that can search by using multiple types of data points or a combination of data points for all property type(s). Data points include: VIN number, account number, name, address, plate number, map number, permit number, SCDOR Reference ID Number.
• Ability to create property tax bills for multiple tax types in ten steps or less, in sixty seconds or less.
• Ability to interface with GIS to populate tax districts when creating bill in the tax system.
• Ability to interface with County valuation system when creating bills in the tax system.
• Ability to print a bill within ten seconds of print command going to the network printer.
• Tax system needs to be able to fit up to 3 different addresses depending on type of property.
• Ability to edit all information in existing property tax bill records.
• Changes to information in existing tax records automatically adjusts calculations.
• Ability to attach digital documentation to a tax record (pdf, etc).
• Ability to print, email, or overnight mail custom forms using auto-populated pre-filled information.
