Shared Dockless Mobility Data and Compliance Platform to monitor shared dockless mobility provider performance, evaluate compliance with program requirements, analyze ridership and deployment trends, and support administration of the City's shared mobility program.
- Basic Services
• Develop a digital interface displaying real-time data collected from the dockless mobility providers
• Monitor and analyze device fleet size and composition ensure compliance with Section 4.A, C, and D of the Program Rules.
• Analyze deployment requirements in specialized zones according to Section 4.F and Section 4.G.
• Analyze average ridership per vehicle per day for the entire fleet and in specialized areas according to Section 4.C.1, and Section 4.E
• Monitor hours of operation and curfew rules according to Section 6.A of Program Rules, including monitoring that rides end by prescribed cutoff time.
• Monitor geofencing requirements, no parking areas, and mandatory parking zones according to Section 6.G, Section 7.E, and shapefiles provided by Staff.
• Monitor device levels per block face per program rules according to Section 7.C of Program Rules.
• Monitor parking duration in specialized zones according to Section 7.G of Program Rules.
• Track origin and destination points by intersection, mid-block points, by block and routes taken.
• Analyze day of the week and time of day ridership trends
• Track the number of violations to the Program Rules by provider and provide weekly/monthly/annual reports on the violations by number and type.
