Enterprise Asset Management Solution

EAM solution capable of maintaining and updating GIS-integrated asset registries, enabling work order and preventative maintenance management, supporting mobile field workflows with offline
capability, and providing advanced asset planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis functionalities. The system must enable the direct alignment of labor, materials, equipment usage, and maintenance costs with asset condition tracking, renewal decisions, and lifecycle reporting to support regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
- EAM system shall provide unified visibility, standardized asset structures, mobile field workflows, GIS integrated asset information, robust work order and maintenance management capabilities, and analytic tools for informed capital planning and performance management.
- Proposer shall implement an EAM system that supports:
