- Proponent must fulfill eBook orders directly from custom selection lists curated and submitted by authorized school district media personnel.
- Proponent must electronically provision, activate, and make digital title licenses accessible on the platform within five (5) business days following receipt of an official school Purchase Order for newly opening or existing school media centers.
- Proponent must provide services and digital title allocations only upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order issued by school;
- Proponent must correct, re-provision, or fully credit licenses provisioned in error, corrupted digital files, or titles assigned incorrectly due to vendor processing errors at the Proponent's sole expense;
